We start with raw honey from local Louisiana bees just down the way from us, then infuse it with dried lavender buds for 3 days to create this lavender-kissed liquid gold.

Because we only use fresh locally source honey, the taste will vary with the seasons. The spring and summer will yield a honey that is lighter in color and flavor, whereas the fall and winter honey is darker and stronger.
